Ever since pre-Columbian times they have used the mushrooms for communion, divination and healing. Sahagun also described the use of psilocybin-containing mushrooms by the Aztecs, who referred to them as teonanácatl (literally “god mushroom”).

Mushrooms can be very intense in that they tend to cause near-death experiences, loss of self and talking to entities. The experience is generally described as positive, insightful and healing.

Considering the psychological effects described above, it is not surprising that a Johns Hopkins University study on the spiritual significance of psilocybin mushrooms has found that one third of the respondents had the most spiritually significant experience of their lives after ingestion. Another 79 per cent reported increased well-being in the months following the study (Griffiths et al., 2006). Fourteen months later, 94% of the experiment’s participants reported that it was one of the top five most meaningful experiences of their lives. 39% said it was the single most meaningful experience of their lives (Griffiths et al, 2011).

Munay Ki 1 to 9 Rites Initiation

The 9 Rites of the Munay-Ki are based on the traditional initiation practices of the Q'ero shamans of Peru, who are the descendants of the Inca. Munay-ki. The Munay-Ki are a series of nine Empowerment rites based on the initiatory practices of the Q'ero shamans of Peru, as taught by anthropologist Alberto Villoldo. "Munay" in Quechua means "love and will", together with "ki", from the Chinese word for energy, combine to give the meaning: energy of love.

The Rites are common to all shamanic traditions, even though they are expressed in different forms and styles in various cultures.

Traditionally, it would have taken many years of study before receiving these Rites. The Elders, however, believe that we are at now at a critical juncture in human history and that these Rites need to be transmitted to as many people as possible, without the need for lengthy transitions in between the Rites.

The 9 Rites of the Munay-Ki

The 9 Rites of the Munay-Ki are energetic transmissions or connections that aim to assist you to shift into a new way of being. They can be viewed as seeds that change the vibration of your energy field and assist you in coming into alignment with your soul’s purpose. The Rites can take months or even years to ‘germinate’ and integrate, and work with and assist you in your spiritual development.

Rite One: Healer’s Rite

Connects you to a lineage of luminous healers from the past to assist you in your personal transformation, awakening the healing power so that everyone you touch is blessed. We access tremendous spiritual assistance; ancient healers who help heal the wounds of the past and of our ancestors.

Rite Two: Bands of Power

Five energy belts are woven into your luminous energy field (LEF) for protection. They act as filters, breaking down any negative energies that come toward you into one of the five elements, earth, air, fire, water and light, feeding your LEF instead of allowing those energies to make you sick.

Rite Three: Harmony Rite

A transmission of the 7 Archetypes into the Chakras. First you receive the archetypes of serpent, jaguar, hummingbird and eagle; next you receive three archangels: the Keeper of the Lower World (our unconscious), the Keeper of the Middle World (our waking world), and the Protector of the Upper World (our super-conscious).

Rite Four: Seer’s Rite

Pathways of light connect the visual cortex with the third eye and heart chakra. This awakens the inner seer and your ability to perceive the invisible world of energy and Spirit.

Rite Five: Daykeeper’s Rite

You connect to a lineage of master healers from ancient times. Daykeepers can call on ancient altars to heal and bring balance to the earth, and on the sun to rise each day, bringing us into harmony with mother Earth. This rite helps you begin to heal your inner feminine, step beyond fear, and practice peace.

Rite Six: Wisdomkeeper’s Rite

You connect to a lineage of luminous beings from the past and the future. This rite helps you to begin to heal your inner masculine, step outside of time, and taste infinity.

Rite Seven: Earthkeeper’s Rite

This rite connects you to the archangels that are guardians of our solar system, stewards of all life on Earth. It lifts you from your earth-bound existence and sets your spirit free to begin your journey to the stars -beginning with the sun, our local star- so you may dream your world into being.

Rite Eight: Starkeeper’s Rite

This rite helps your physical body to evolve into Homo Luminous; the aging process is slowed down, your DNA is re-informed, and you become more resistant to disease. You accept the seat around a holy fire at the center of the Sun, a place that has been held for you since the beginning of time.

Rite Nine: Creator Rite

As it awakens the Creator-light within, this rite brings stewardship for all creation -from the smallest grain of sand to the largest cluster of galaxies. Once you discover that Spirit not only works through you but AS YOU, and all of creation is happening inside you, the stewardship then becomes natural.

Dragons are one of the elements that make life more interesting. Transforming them is one of the primary goals of life's game. Unlike regular 3rd dimensional villains, dragons are shapeshifters and can be beautiful one moment and menacing the next.

The nature of dragons can be learned by examining their secret components. The mythical dragon is special, because it operates in every element. It walks on land, flies in the air, lives in the sea and breathes fire. This ability of the dragon to exist simultaneously in every element makes it a powerful adversary indeed.

In this course I will help you discover your dragons. Their special powers and how to train them. So that, the dragon is no longer feared, but rather mastered. Within.

Allow me to take you on a journey…. The journey of the shaman. As we return to the song of our soul. New tribes, ancient knowledge.

This course is based on my studies, understanding and channelling of the Andean Medicine Wheel. The Andean Medicine Wheel includes the four winds, or otherwise known as the four directions (Serpent - Jaguar - Humming bird & Condor). I have such a passion for the ways of the ancients and my love for our divine Pachamama (mother earth), her animals and minerals has led me to want to share this forward to other beautiful souls who may feel drawn. Allow me to take you on a journey through the Andean Medicine Wheel, as hands on as possible and as magical as it gets.

In this course, which has never before been offered or documented in this way, we discover the gifts the directions bring, as we work our way through them and their qualities on the medicine wheel. We learn how to harness these archetypes, which are initiated within ourselves using various techniques. As we work with them, get to know them, honour them and show our earnestness to follow the way of the shaman. We use the wheel and the archetypes to work with the physical, emotional and energy body of sentient beings.

We discover new understanding and the Power of sitting in circle., the symbolism of the ancients, including the Andean cross, known as the Chakana, connectivity of everything and Shekinah. Various shamanic techniques are also taught and used on our "journey" e.g. drumming, visualisation, singing, use of the rattle. And various initiations. I am so excited to share this with you!
