 There are many names for us. We have been called angels, Bird Tribes, higher selves, hoksedas, spirits of the stars. The reality of what we are is more than a name can convery....and what we access is more than what the mind could ever comprehend. 

As a shaman I have been initiated into various lineages of this world and others. Thereby, accessing these consciousness's and  with the help of those who have come before me and those above me, those below me and all that surrounds me, I am able to access alter sates of consciousness. Where I can track, energetically heal, clear people and places. As well as assist in re-writing DNA, RNA and soul blue prints (map of your soul for this life time).

The shaman has the ability to  move through different realms and space and time, adjusting, changing or manipulating energy as needed for the highest good of all. I take this responsibility very seriously and will never interfere with free will.

Energy work may include, but is  not limited to:

*Spirit attachments: where one may feel or become aware of a  spirit (none material) form or presence n the body or around the home or business.

*Health  related alignments: which may or may not have cognitive explanations.

*Soul Contracts: before we incarnate into this reality, we  would have certain soul contracts that we have entered into with other souls in place, To serve us on some level in this incarnation. Some known to us and some unknown to us.These soul contracts can be relooked at and if necessary renounced. The shaman can access these contracts and assist with any necessary amendments or voids.

*Tracking: Tracking may include any "lost" or fragmented pieces. Example, soul loss (see soul  retrieval section). Or tracking possible outcomes for certain questions. Various other tracking techniques.

*Addiction: Energy work as well as practical work to alleviate addictions

Nature and shamans are synonymous. One cannot exist without the other. And the relationship between shaman and plants is sacred! A gift from the gods. and when used with intention, the divine mother earth (pachamama) and the shaman dance a dance of love,  a dance of healing and of bliss. Intertwined, a coming together and then moving apart. Infinitely connected  ∞ 

As a shaman, I have such love, pure bliss for nature, our divine mother earth who is unconditionally, constantly cradling us in her bosom. I specialise in only a handful of her plant medicine in a infinite well of potential vastness. I have been working closely with, mushroom medicine, Hachuma (San Pedro),Hape' & cacao. Gaining understanding , having a personal relationship and love for them and their uniqueness. Each graciously bringing their own essence and healing.

Huachuma - Whuachuma

Also known as San Pedro (grandfather plant).  is a lesser-known shamanic medicine, but one that some consider the greatest of all plant teachers on the South American continent.  The greatest plant teacher! Grandfather plant is a heart activator medicine.  Gather around and journey with grandfather Huachuma, as he tells you tales of old..... You enter a lucid but dream-like state and your body feels numb. As the numbness grows, you feel like your soul is voyaging beyond your body as you experience extremes of joy and sorrow. As worldly objects glow with ethereal color, you perceive a significant underlying energy to all things, and the world and yourself in it seem to click together in one huge, expansive understanding. This is typical of an experience with huachuma, a psychedelic substance extracted from the San Pedro cactus. Huachuma has been used by indigenous cultures of western South America for thousands of years — making it the oldest recorded psychedelic medicine! Hape' - Rappe'

Rappé is a dried and powdered snuff which is usually blown into the nose through a blow pipe.  You can use a special blowpipe for serving yourself called a kuripe, but most often a larger blowpipe called a tepi is used to serve a partner.  The main ingredients of the snuff are usually tobacco and tree ash, but often times other seeds, leaves and plants may be added for additional properties or even just for aroma.  Sometimes rappé can be made without the tobacco and tree ash, but this is uncommon – generally the first ingredient is always the cured jungle tobacco mapacho.  This species of tobacco (Nicotiana Rustica) is different than common tobacco found in cigarettes – it is often 8-20 times stronger, and is processed with zero additives and with lots of prayer and intention.  Ashes from sacred trees are also added to the snuff as an alkalizer which balances the tobacco, and then in personal recipes people may add whatever plants they want to get specific desired effects.  Seeds like yopo or wilka may be added to increase the visionary properties of the snuff, or flowers might be added to instill a more feminine and nurturing energy.  The snuff is made during a lengthy and intensive ritual process to invoke the maker’s medicine and the spirits of the plants used.  The benefits of rappé use range from physical and psychological to energetic and spiritual.  Rappé clears and focuses the mind and thoughts, centers and grounds your energy, opens up your physical and spiritual senses and awareness, cleanses and purifies your body and energetic fields, connects you to your spirit allies and other medicines, and much more.  It can be used in almost any situation where a ceremony might be called for, and can function or pair well with many other rituals or medicines.

Cacao food of Gods!

Cacao is a powerful medicine, yet it's gentle and soothing the heart. In meditation practice, cacao has a lot to do with the heart Chakra. It supports the healing process, it helps to clear the emotional blockages as well as stimulate the joy within. 13th Rite of the Womb

We gain many subtle and not so subtle energetic imprints during our 9 months in the womb.
These imprints hinder our wealth and well-being, and our spiritual journey.
This class will focus on searching for and destroying negative energies from the pelvic region, and then throughout the energy system of the body. For those who have been unloved in the while in the womb, the energetic and emotional impact can be challenging. The underlying message one receives is that of not being wanted. This class will address these embedded imprints on the psyche, to help the inner child to know that he or he is loved and worthy of love. Part of the class is also receiving the Rite of The Munay Ki healing system. There is a lineage of women who freed themselves from suffering. This lineage of women wants us to remember:

The key to the special effectiveness of these constellations is that they go straight to the origin of the conflict, be in this life or in past lives, and from there make it conscious and repair it.

We are one with our ancestors, we have a common soul. Where are the ancestors and their experiences? In us ... "we are" the system, and that unresolved of it manifests itself in our lives as destiny. Each one of us is responsible for healing the manifestations of the system in himself, in this way heals backwards, the ancestors and heals the offspring, the children, the children of the children and all those to come.

We all know a soulful person when we see one.  They are comfortable in their own skin, feeling emotions fluidly as they arise and their thoughts are aligned with their higher purpose.

Soul is the part of us that goes on without our body, even though it is held by our body now. Soul is the energy to follow our passions, that connects to a higher purpose. Soul is a mind that is clear of complaint, doubt and worry. It is able to make clear choices moment to moment without thinking about it.

Soul can also leave the body during times of stress and trauma. This is what we call soul loss.

Healing the soul

 A soul retrieval is a powerful spiritual practice that heals soul loss. Soul loss can occur whenever we have trauma in our life. For example, we may experience soul loss if we are in an accident, undergo a serious operation or if we suddenly lose a close friend or family member.

From a shamanic perspective, soul loss is a common cause of illness. Traditionally, a shamanic practitioner would conduct a soul retrieval within three days of someone experiencing trauma. Today, modern shamanic practitioners seek lost soul parts that are willing to return from any point in life.

Soul loss is a helpful response in that it allows our essence to remove itself from suffering and pain.   A soul retrieval is a shamanic method for bringing back those vital parts.

Soul loss is the experience of an essential part of us leaving, and soul retrieval is the experience of having that essential part retrieved and returned to you.  Many of us feel like we are missing an important part of ourselves or feel like we are not quite whole.  Sometimes we experience soul loss as a chronic illness or face ongoing emotions such as sadness and anger.

Soul loss can occur at any age, and a soul retrieval can be done whenever a person is ready for transformation.  Sometimes we remember specific events in life that changed us – for the worse – physically, emotionally and mentally. Then, we realize we’re ready to heal, be inspired and move on!

The results of a soul retrieval are unique for everyone. Some people will experience joy, curiosity, or expansiveness and others will feel quiet, still and sleepy after a soul retrieval.

As a shaman I  look for the lost soul in the spirit worlds, using my rattle, usually we move to the lower world when retrieving soul fragments, with the help of my guides, power animals  and spirit teachers. I then reintegrate using crystals.

Far beyond time, the feminine energy has been revered. And rightfully so, it is powerful!

We birth from the womb. Everything in existence was birthed from the womb Whether male or female. A seed of creation (thought) (male energy) is birthed into this reality with feminine energy. Everything in creation needed to be birthed to exist. And all that we would like to birth into our reality in this lifetime is birthed with feminine energy. Therefore it is imperative to have healed wombs. And by healing the womb, we awaken the divine feminine.  She is "mother" to everything in our reality! TO EVERYTHING IN REALITY! As far as the  eye can see!It was birthed by us into this reality with "mother" (feminine) energy). If this then is the power of the feminine energy, then you would agree that the power of the feminine and the sacredness of Mother is power.

If you have any blockages in your womb area, whether physically through trauma,abuse or other, then you will struggle to manifest your dreams into this reality. Or whether you have energetic blockages due to limiting beliefs or stuck and stagnant energy from this lifetime or others, you will also struggle to birth your dreams into this reality.  A women is believed to be the lakshmi of the family and her "mother" / shakti energy is what creates blessings, abundance and so much more for the family. Any blockages she has is experienced by her whole family and partner.

From  about the age of 4 or 5 years old, I can remember seeing and hearing "spirit". I believed that everyone could.  However,growing up in a christian home,I soon realised that not only was this not the case, my gift was very much frowned upon. For many years I shut it down and hid it from the world.

However, as time passed and I had my own experiences with loss and trauma, I opened up  to my ability to connect again.  I swore that if I could assist others and save them from  any form of suffering or pain, then I would do that with my abilities.  And I have been doing that ever since...
